Rates
An additional £100 refundable security payment is required.
Minimum stay – 3 nights

Reservation Policy      
A £200 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. 
Balance due 14 days before the day of arrival, plus there is an additional refundable £100 security for damages      

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking. If the balance is not paid 14 days before the arrival date, then your holiday will be treated as a Cancellation.
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
We will confirm cancellations as soon as possible.
